Place your pieces according to their specific movement rules. The King can only step one square at a time within the fortress. Advisors must stay within diagonal moves within the palace. Bishops move exactly two squares diagonally and cannot cross the river. Knights move one square straight and then one square diagonally, but can be blocked by adjacent pieces. Rooks move any number of squares straight, serving as powerful attackers. Cannons move like chariots but must require a screen piece to capture exactly one piece. Soldiers move forward one square and gain new movement after crossing the river. Take the opponent's general to win the game. Plan your moves carefully to checkmate the computer opponent.
